Hi guys! So the quote below just came to me from a reader. I don't know if she's having issues with her partner, and I didn't want to ask. I only responded to what she asked and that was it. She, however, gave me the go-ahead to use the conversation on this blog if I want to, and that's why you're seeing it here. Since it's a problem - a practical one for that matter - I felt I should bring it to all readers and followers of this blog so we could share ideas together. The aim, like I've always said, is simply to bring peace to human affairs. So please feel free to share your thoughts.

"If a guy says, 'don't call me until I tell u when to call', what does that mean? And he prefers chatting with u on WhatsApp to picking ur calls. But he will keep on saying that u are the one he wants... that if only u will let him work on u to fit what he wants. What it means please?"

I know too well the situation she's just reported is a rampant one - o yea, very rampant. And guess what? It's not limited to guys alone. To cut this story short, below was my little response:

'Well, to start with, both men and women do this. Many reasons could lead to it:

(1) the person is a busy person and so doesn't want disturbance from you and from others; they don't mean any harm, if so. 

(2) the person could be passing through some problems, either emotionally, psychologically or otherwise, and doesn't want to tell u. So they need some space to treat their problems.

(3) the person is trying to test you to know the kind of person u are: whether u will be obedient or not; or the person is trying to watch you secretly to know what you do in their absence. That's why the guy said '...if only u will let him work on u to fit what he wants'.

(4) the person is actually cheating and so doesn't want you to interfere too much, or doesn't want you to know about it. In this case, you are not allowed to call or visit him/her. He or she will always hide their phone from you; they won't answer calls in your presence; they will always turn their phone off when with you so no strange call comes in, or they turn of their network while the phone is still on just so you won't ask why their phone is off . So all you have to do is to watch out for more revelations without trying to bother him/her. You need to start reading meanings into everything done, but don't try to be one-sided in your judgements so you won't get it all wrong.

And this was her response after reading my reply:

"I have seen it. U are right. To even go through his pictures on phone is hard, my dear. God forbid...!"

Now, something struck me really hard after getting this response from her, and that's "To even go through his pictures on phone is hard..." Did you notice that too?
