How Do You Treat a Faithful Partner?

It still remains a huge problem in relationships today finding a faithful partner, or you being one yourself. This piece is  intended to be as brief as possible, hence no need spending time discussing what it means to be 'faithful' (watch this space for a discussion on faithfulness). But for now, let's just believe that you have - or that you are - a faithful partner. How would you expect such a blameless fellow to be treated?
The question above can lead us to a myriad of answers, but we won't go into that. However, remember that it hurts when you maltreat a faithful partner. They deserve your love and care, at least, for being faithful to you. Faithfulness is the most expensive gift any partner can offer. Faithful partners stay with and encourage you when you are poor. They may not know for sure when you will make it in life, but they sell their heart staying with you till things get better. They cover your gaps when you are exposed. They bear your burden with you when no one is there. When outsiders tell them there's nothing good about you, they overlook the discouragement and sacrifice their heart for you. They accept you just the way you are. Have you ever looked at your partner's love for you and felt right inside of you that really, they deserve someone better than you? It hurts conscience when you mishandle such innocent, loving, and faithful partners.
Are you really going to pay such people back with evil? They don't deserve it!
